Good afternoon all...I have an issue that I'm not sure you can help with. I have had some wonderful person apparently run into my 08 2 door panel LS and deployed the drivers air bag. My question is after I have removed the airbag...how do the electrical connectors come off the back of it. I have tried gentle persuation to no avail...HELP

 

There is a lock that pulls out, probably a different color.
Don't touch it until the car has been turned off for 30 minutes. It takes that long to disarm.

I think it is one of these.

 

Yes, disconnect the battery ground wire, for 30 minutes as Don stated, before you disengage the connection.
