Any Complaints About the Ebony Interior?
that might look like it covers it up, but doubtful it really does. Sharpie;s aren;t actually "black"
they are a really really really dark reddish magenta color. I think it would be pretty obvious to spot a cover up with a sharpie. Interior or exterior.

I have the light gray interior and am very happy with it. I do like the ebony interior on the HHR and the new Malibu. That is, until I sat in a new HHR SS Panel at the dealership the other day. Black exterior with ebony interior. When I got in and shut the door, it felt like I was trapped in cave with no flashlight. Man, it was dark! Don't think I could have lived with that.
Not to stray to far off the original thread, a Black Sharpie is a somewhat "Quick or Temporary" fix for "Small" exterior paint chips
! Although generally not a perfect match it does make the area appear "Better" than say Bare Metal or Primer on a Black Paint job
! Do Not Use a Black Sharpie on anything other than a Black vehicle

I have the grey interior. I looked at the ebony but I didn't like that the pillars and the headliner didn't match. I do like how the grey interior dash is two toned. For me keeping it clean is not a problem.
