I have never gotten a call from them. With all the calls I have placed to Customer Service about the quarter panels, I bet they never call. I did get the dealer survey. I have nothing bad to say about them. They have always treated me right.

Hey four61 I would love to come to Boston sometime, I am a cubs fan but have always wanted to see a game at Fenway. I have bookmarked your bands website and will be checking out the mp3s. maybe they are asking these qustions to see what they have to change in the future HHR models.

 

I got the call about 2 weeks after getting my HHR. I was still in shock about having a new car and such a nice one at that, so I probably wasn't much help to them. Hopefully they will do a follow-up now that I have had it awhile.

Maybe Chevy is just paying them to get info that they will do nothing with.

 

I've recieved 2 surveys. The first was about the car, the second was about the dealership. The only call I've recieved was about 2 weeks after purchase from the salesman.--Doing his follow up.
