Cool AZ Class Action

Sent back my application to join in the Class Action Suit proceeds from Arizona vs. GM re: the HHR. For more info see the State of Arizona Attorney General's pages on AZ.gov

Wonder how many people in AZ still own one? Wonder how many haven't already blocked out the traumatic memory of having one?

What's the point of your post ? No info, no link and no explanation of some unknown about lawsuit.

Just more negativity about the HHR... going by his other posts. No other reason.

I see legal ads innTV all the time about sueing even if you don’t own the car anymore, just call.
seems like a project of throw it at the wall , if it sticks , there’s a settlement.

I for one have owned an HHR since Dec 16,2009, no problems, no trauma, just a whole lotta miles of smiles.
I’m thinking something else in life must be the OP’s issue

we are open to discussion, but keep it factual information, please.

Special ordered mine in late 2007, then waited 2 months (forever) for it to come into the dealership. 88k miles ago and still like new to me, would not take anything for it.

From what I read, all these "traumatized" people in AZ still have to own their HHR to collect their $200... So traumatic they couldn't even get rid of the car.

Wonder how much the lawyers got?
