Bluetooth?

How do you tell if the radio is Bluetooth compatible? I tried to follow the IB instructions and I could not get it to work. The radio has a usb port and I have OnStar. The OnStar works. any suggestions. Is the something that the dealer has to turn on? I check the build codes list and could find no reference. It is a 2010 LT.
Thanks

If it is BlueTooth it is cell phone only. Normally there is a BT logo.
I think the RPO code is UPF.

Thanks, the IB doesn't mention the steering wheel control and it doesn't have the UPF code. Oh well it was a thought
