General HHR Discuss anything related to the Chevy HHR that doesnt seem to fit into the more specific categories below.

Can I sue GM or the Dealer over this horrible situation?

It states in the warranty that you should get a GM vehicle. So you can tell them you want one. When they replaced my headliner because of their damage. They gave me a new malibu to drive

LOL - Metropolitan - now that was an ugly car!!! We did the same to the boss at the gas station to his Fiat 500 back in the 70's - he ran it for several days like that, and didn't notice a darned thing - and he was a mechanic. That may say something about mechanic's cars?

I'm wondering what the Cube can do off road? You know, just wondering. If you find out, let us know.

Ha! That's nothing. I had to walk 5 mile in a blizzard every day! And that's with no legs, we couldn't afford 'em!

Better than me, get no loaner and find out my warranty doesn't cover the repair.

HHR is made in MEXICO so what the heck does it matter? Everything is made somewhere else, that's why it is in the shop. Low BID quality part.

I was at the dealer for warranty work (rattle in the headliner, fixed no more rattle) they promptly gave me a 2011 Malibu with only 139 miles on it...pretty nice car.

loaner

We had a (gulp) Toyota Corolla rental car when ours was in the shop a month. Talk about primitive, the HHR is like a Cadillac compared to that POS.
