Car show advice

A good friend asked me put my HHR in a small local church car show next weekend. My HHR is clean and dent free and although I have done a few mods to it I just do think it is ready to show. I have not shown a car since the 80's when I had my 70 Cuda. I want to help my buddy out and I know it just for fun but at the same time I feel a bit odd taking a mostly stock car to a show. Now next year, that will be a different story.

X2!

Mostly stock or not, vehicles that show the enthusiasm of their owners, and the loving care given to them will often outshine the "B*lls to The Wall" customs.

Clean and shiney, is all that matters, some mods make it more interesting but really a lot of people think the HHR is custom any way you look at it, I get a lot of what is that questions, clean it, show it, enjoy the day and stand tall and proud!!!

Go and support your friend and the church. Clean and shine the car up and remember that HHR's are not a dime a dozen and they are not made anymore. And remember to hear the good compliments and let ant silly remarks pass.
