We got one with my wife's HHR a couple of years ago. I'm sure it was on the window sticker of the car but I don't remember how much. She really loves it and uses it for groceries bags.

Mine arrived today.

And YES they DO fold up Flat. Box was 41 X 12 X 3 Inches.
