Question Carrying surfboards

New member...real serious about buying '07 2LT (test drive tomorrow). Have concern about hauling surfboards on top as I noticed the antenna sticks up fairly high. Will boards clear it using roof racks? Thanks.

Just replace the antenna with a VW stubby or a shorter one one from an Equinox 2007.

MMmm, wouldn't a surfboard look cool on my HHR? Nope, I'm just a poser. Love the look of that Summit White with the red striping and the matching surfboard, though. Best of luck to ya - I love mine!!

Appreciate the help and the welcome. Where can those antenna be purchased? Going to need it as I have a 10' Longboard.

A few of our Supporting Vendors carry the 'Stubby' antennas.

I can't seem to find the other pics of SoCal's HHR with the board on it either. I see that Sindy posted one of them , but I know there was another where it was sitting in an alley or somewhere like that with the board on it & it looked HOT. Anyone know where these pics are? I have tried EVERYTHING to search for them...SoCal, you out there?!?
