Case for HHR Buyback, do I have one?

I just passed my one year anny for owning my HHR and the gift gave me was very unpleasant. I have battled with the car and dealer and have finally fed up with my HHR and was wondering if I have a case in your opinion to get a replacement car. Below is a list of problems past and present with my car, any input would be helpful.

1. Shifter replaced (2x)
2. Ignition switch replaced
3. Radio replaced
4. AC control panel replaced
5. Turn signal handle replaced
6. Wall of Water on inside windshield
7. Rear Wiper stops at 12 o'clock
8. Keyfob failed (worked after using other one)

Issues 1, 6, 7, and 8 are current issues that the dealer got along with my intention to have GM buy back the car. Issue 3 is current as I hit the brakes sometimes, the CD kicks out and the CD kicks out when high heat is turned on. I really love this car and it is really loving me back with all these problem, what shall I do? I am preparing for a nasty fight with the dealer so what can I expect from them?

Doubtful. You asked this same question on 7/25/06?

You should've checked your state's Lemon Law long time ago.

Now that a year has passed, it's doubtful that you will get anywhere on a replacement from GM.

I keep complaining to the dealer and they always say, lets fix it. Now I am standing firm.

Looks like you got strung along by the dealer. And now the hook is stuck.

So do I call them on that or ask to talk to GM?

Gotta agree with above. You got the shaft. If you know your rights, the lemon laws, and don't go by what they say, the dealer will win every time. They know the laws very well and many will string you along until it may be too late.

Your only option is to go back to the lemon law for you state and find out what IT says. Asking us won't get you anywhere, you need to know the law.

Spring Break Thursday March 23, 2006. My lemon law in Kansas states that the part has to be fixed 3 times and still broken, rubbish.
