Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:

2009 HHR: 48, moderate, small sample size
2008 HHR: 52, moderate
2007 HHR: 49, moderate, small sample size
2006 HHR: 52, moderate

By far and way the biggest single issue is suspension... that old HHR Clunk is racking up the negative points.

 

What clunk? Never heard one on my '08.

 

Thanks, I do appreciate this. And the first time usually takes the most time, since the form isn't familiar and some things (like powertrain info) won't be asked again. I usually spend less than a minute responding for my own two cars.

 

Have 90K on 08 hhr. No major problems. Back brakes still like new. Have changed rotors and front brakes. Front bushings. shocks and struts. Still rides great.
