Within 5 minutes of dialing the number they had both of our VIN's entered.

you have to call them for the hhr i had to as have most of the people on this site

 

or email therm using the contact link on the site. I did that and within a day thay had it updated.

 

I had done it on their web site but it dident go through right after I picked up my HHR (April). The phone call today updated my profile within a few minutes and I got an email confirmation of the edit to my account adding my VIN.

 

I never had to call mine got on back in Dec.

 

Email worked for me. The next day I got confirmation of the entry.

 

I just signed up online and mine came up immediately. No problem.
