Chevy rim upgrade?
Is it possible to go from a 17 x 6.5 stock Chevy HHR 2LT rim to a Chevy Malibu 17 x 7 rim?

If so will they be an exact fit?

I don't know if Malibu has a 5 X 110 bolt circle and 40-42 offset.

Hmm, ok. Well the only reason I ask, is to try to put wider tires on, but thanks to the tire shop yesterday they said the ones I wanted would fit. :)

Unless you know of a rim that looks like the HHR SS 18” rim but is only 17” that would be great. I like the look of them, but also like the cheaper tire size.

Didn't the Cobalt SS have some similar rims but in 17's as you wanted ?

Correct, the SS supercharged had polished 18's, the NA SS had the same in a 17".

There was an optional wheel that was offered for the HHR in a polished split spoke 17", but they are rare.
