Your Chevrolet dealership won’t care what you do to a 10 to 16 year old HHR, they will want you to trade it in on a new pickup!

There are no active members here that have done this conversion. You really would be better served by finding the Facebook groups that someone mentioned, and talking to someone who has actually done this.

All we can do here is guess.

Harvested these pics from a Facebook ad. Point Hope, ON, I think. May be the longest bed I've seen on an HHR conversion, yet the cab doesn't seem excessively truncated. S10 tail lights mentioned maybe? I don't remember.
