C+ for the overall looks.

B- overall, the proportions are just off enough to keep it from being what it could have been.

It's been posted before and I've seen it elsewhere....... I give them kudos for the amount of work involved, but there's just something totally wrong with the way it looks.

First time I've seen the front of this car. It looks fairly good from the front or the back, but is slightly off proportion from the side, I believe. It would look better as a '56 (smaller "fins"). I've seen a kit to do '56 taillights, but it has ugly seams where it ties into the sides.

I think this conversion of a '04 Tahoe that 'Doc' did turned out a bit better...


The guy's got some good modification skills, but needs to work on his designs a bit more. As others have said, the front of the HHR mod is really good. The rear 1/4's and liftgate are just not right. Why the small oval rear window?

For me, a retro '58 Chevy styling would seem to work a bit better, at least for the back end.
