a pic of my custom mirrors on my s10
i started with a piece of 18 ga. steel that i bent and shaped
the same as the stock base then welded 3 studs to bold on like factory
then a hole for wires
next found a pair of mirrors at junk yard and cut off there bases
the rest is lots of fiberglass and sanding to get the shape i wanted
about 2 weeks of spare time
been in use since 2002
bad is they have been damaged by other cars in parking lots ect
so have had to repair a few times in pic you can see a repair still need to repaint
also installed pt door handel and a bunch more one off parts

kustom- digging the S-10 & split window etc.
This was my 1948 Studebaker P/up. The mirrors are not hand made, but are custom to the truck, as most else is. Front bumper was off 55 chevy turned upside down & cut into 6 pieces & fitted to the nose. The rings around headlights are from Dodge A-100
turn signals are side markers off 80's Chevy Pick up.
I put a Camaro front clip under it.
& boxed the rest of the frame, slipped in a tweaked 454" chevy in it. Ford 9" rear.
Grey leather Ford Granada front bench seat & armrest. All Pro-Comp gauges, A/C, P/S, P/B... Yada, yada..
If I were to do this one over I would have used a SBC, much lighter.
