I was thinking along a similar line, but for different reasons

Since tequila costs so much up here, if you custom order an HHR, I wonder if we could ask them to slip a couple into the storage bins

 

I work in a GM dealership and can access certain vehicle information. Sorry for the response delay. Haven't been able to check HHR.net for a few days.

 

So, is it possible to have you check others when you get a chance?
I would love to know the build date on mine...I purchased it directly off the lot. Thanks in advance if you can. Last 6 digits of VIN are 568895

 

Hi Deb. Your HHR was assembled on November 11, 2005. Good work on your HHR, Sunburst Orange is a beautiful color, especially in the sun. I would have bought an Orange HHR, but the dealer only had a Silverstone one in stock with the options that i wanted. I am extremely happy with it. Maybe the next one will be Orange!

If you have the time I would also love to know my build date. I bought/ordered it on 7/27 and the sales guy said it had been delivered 43 days before that. He found it at another dealer almost 300 miles away and I actually bought it on 7/29.

What other information can you get from a VIN number? I heard things like the production number can also be looked up using the vin. I think it can tell you engine size and color(we all know this info) , but not sure what else.

 

Hi Karen. February 9, 2006 is when your HHR rolled off the assembly line.

 

Hi. Build date on your HHR is 5/29/2006.

 

I also would love to know my baby's birthday. Last 6 of vin are 634976
