Ah no. There is massive discussion on this subject on here. Generally experience has shown running boards are the only thing that does the trick. There is even a TSB on the subject.

I bought a set on sale at Auto Zone for $15.00 front and rear, and the rear ones even have a bowtie with Chevrolet on them. Sonny Martin
