Dome Light

This is going to sound Dumb so I will keep it short the dial on for the instrument panel lighting does this also turn on the dome light? 2006 HHR I have never been able to turn dome light on from driver seat make it hard to see kids in the back at night?

If I remember correctly, the '06 has no control of the rear dome light from the dash. At least mine does not....and I believe this was a topic of discussion when they first came out.

wow...I wish I had talked to you earlier...I've tried numerous times to get that light to work from the driver's seat! A stupid thing like this would have kept me up all night. Thanks for letting me get some sleep!!!!!

That is correct, BUT there is a way. I did it to out two 2006 HHRs and it works great...

Just an fyi, those terminal ends are available from Au-Ve-Co generally sold online and at NAPA, I bought a whole box when I installed factory gauges in my '67 Impala SS.
