Ok appears to have been caused by something else.

There is a small trail of mold going up to the seat belt (very spotty, like I spilled something) but the water is fresh and wet under the plastic piece and near the tubing. Some mold at the seat bolt on the end. The other side seat bolt had some mold too.

rear passenger door has some dirt in the 3 weep holes. I didn't see any standing water in the 1" round rubber access grommet.

 

Looks like a good spring cleaning project!

That happened to me. There was a pinhole in the bottle that didn't leak until the cap was removed.
