Yesterday I was driving and all of a sudden I had a loud dragging in the rear of the car. Pulled over on a side road and looked under the car. The right rear shock was off and dragging on tire rim. Took it a shop close to where I was and they said it needs new rear shocks and they have to order the right rear shock bolt from dealer tomorrow because its gone. Should I call the shop that did the rear shocks 5 months ago? Also how hard will it be to get that bottom bolt?

 

If you don't mind a delay, call the shop that installed, see if they'll stand behind their work. You'll want to tell the new shop to hold off until you get an answer.
