Not sure what you are asking. You don’t state which engine you have. There are 3 different engine sizes in the HHR line.
Stock rings are usually purchased in a major engine overhaul kit. Why are you asking for rings only ?

DNJ PR405 Piston Rings/For 83-02 Kia, Mazda, Ford/ 2.0L-2.2L/ L4/ DOHC, SOHC/Naturally Aspirated, Turbocharged
or more likely theDNJ PR328 Piston Ring Set Standard Size for 87-03 Chevrolet, GMC, Isuzu 2.0L-2.2L L4 OHV Naturally Aspirated
it’s at 2.2L and from what I seen the bearings should still be in good shape from inspections I had seen in online videos though checking on that while replacement if so needed takes place. Installing new shock system and catalytic converter which be delivered Friday Originally Was running in idle “strangely” aka uneven rhythm and lights dimming so added seafoam and immediately almost fixed that which surprised Me though will be doing the pressure test in a few hours as still lacking HP it feels while on highway. Cleaned engine grime and there are no signs of blown gasket through oil and coolant levels or visible. The 2009 HHR It’s got almost 300.000 and the transmission good at this time yet don’t have repair list from previous owner as if it matters at this time for anything other than ring replacement or chain I guess.Just removed Everything interior yesterday other than driver seat and is sailing 🤘🏻 stoked about getting fully straight this engine so any part reference is great!
Also can anyone give me the scoop on oversized rings Vs. Standard fit as mentioned. Like I can search 2.2L engine and any of them will do?

Oversized rings depend on actual measurements of the bores, all 4.
the rings you mentioned are for other brands and older 2003 Ecotecs
are you sure the Seafoam didn’t just clear up stuck rings?

FYI. You can’t order rings until you tear down the engine and see what you’ll need. The bores will need to be mic’d and inspected. Then you’ll know what needs to be done. If it needs boring( not sure if you can bore an Ecotech) then you’ll need oversized pistons/rings.
If you tear it down that far, you need to inspect the crankshaft and replace all the crank and rod bearings.
Not a job for a novice.
Most folks opt for a new long block or get a used engine.
