What size (diameter) and shape are the factory fogs? Are they round or flat at the top like the dummy vent covers?

they are round and I do not know the diameter. I put mine in and used an aftermarket wiring harness.
I am sure someone will know diameter.

What does that harness do for you? Where can I get one?

 

Ebay. You can get the lights and harness complete for $99. Thats what I did.

 

I bought my harness on e-bay. It is expensize to hook up like factory. If you would do like factory you have to bring into dealer and have it programmed. it runs somewhere in the area of $100. I am happy with aftermarket switch.
