First Road Trip....

Ok guys, I am leaving bright and early Thursday morning, to go my first road trip with my HHR. I live in Florida, and where we are going it calls for snow, so driving in it will be an adventure for me. Is there anything that you guys have noticed while driving over 9 hours??? Anything I should be aware of with the snow???? And any other tips would be lovely!

1) Drive Safe
2) There were posts about HHR in show and Low Traction
3) If you drive in colder Northeast weather when you start your car you might see on your DIC Ice possible.
4) If you drive over snow be cautious, if the low transaction comes on do not freak out, you do not have to set on the gas pedel as hard, keep the car in the direction that are heading into.
5) Relax
6) Enjoy the trip
7) Bring a sweater or two
8) send me a post card..LOL

Don't get behind a salt truck. If you get stuck behind one stay far back.

Blue Ridge, don't worry about snow, at least not much.

Nice area, I go up there to Mtn Bike, pretty often.

Have fun!!
