Question Fog Light Bracket

The plastic bracket that encases the fog light and holds it firmly in the bumper has cracked on my wife's HHR.

Looking at various threads on here, and on some google searches, I'm under the impression that you can't buy just this bracket. It looks like if you order a replacement fog lamp from the factory, the bracket comes included.

Am I correct in saying this?

Yes, it is a one piece unit. Since you only need one, check out ebay. I see singles there all the time. Just be sure to get the correct side.

Picture, please?

My fog lamp was knocked out and its mounting bracket is missing. I need passenger side - apparently the two sides are not identical. I have contacted one person selling this in the classifieds, but he didn't say in his listing which side he has. You didn't say which side you need, either!

That's weird they don't sell just that piece.

I'll check the classifieds. Thanks!

I don't have it out right now as I've been able to temporarily hold mend it using some plasic-weld stuff. If I recall correctly, it just snaps into the hole in the bumper. Don't quote me on that though. It's been a while since I've looked at it. Only reason I'm worrying about it now is because some nice lady put a hole in the bumper with her minivan and it has to go in for repairs.

From what I've read it does just snap into the bumper, I haven't messed with mine though so haven't done it.
