How do I take this off? I mentioned in an earlier forum my dashboard rattles. Someone mentioned the fuse panel not be fully locked in. When looking around I noticed on the passengers side near the floor there is a panel not locked in. How do I get this off and locked in. I tried everything and couldn't get the thing to pop off. I'm assuming this is the fuse panel but maybe it is something else.

 

Where does your dash rattle at? That is the main question on where to look for any thing loose. The fuse block is in the center console on the passenger side right in front of the floor air vent and just pulls off. I don't think that will cause a rattle in the dash board. There is a picture in the manual on where it is.
