passenger fuse panel incorrect 2006 HHR

I have an AC problem, I suspected the relay which is located on the under dash passenger side fuse panel. The 2006 manual I have and the compartment drawing shows the fuses and relays and they both match, but my fuse panel does not match. I only have one relay where they both show 3. I did find another relay on the back side of the panel accessible from the drivers side. Was or is there some 2006 models that had their fuses completely different then the diagrams?

First off, welcome to the forum.

Need a bit more detail from you. What is leading you to suspect a relay issue, can you describe the symptoms? Which relay are you suspecting, and which position is it supposed to be in, not aware of any discrepancies involving the '06 fuse panels, but anything is possible.

Not really sure what owners manual you looked in, but you may be looking at it incorrectly.
I looked in the 2006 and 2010 owners manual diagrams. The 06 shows these relays in the passenger side fuse block.
#30-Climate Control
#31-Blank(empty)
#32-Reatained Accessory Power(could be empty)
The 2010 seems to have the same layout.
So. You may just have that 1 relay in that fuse block.

There are other fuses for the AC system as well. Just remember that some fuses and relays are not used or equipped the same on all HHR's. It depends on the car, year and how it is optioned. A base LS and a fully loaded LT are going have some differences between the fuse/relays setup.

As 843de stated, what is the actual problem you're having? We may be able to help you out. We have some "pretty smart cookies" on this forum.
