the license plate was relocated to the rear bumper, and the rear hatch was shaved

not to mention shave door handles and smoothie bumpers, so yeah I'd say its custom

Like any other "custom" my policy is to walk away, if you buy someone's custom car you invariably spend a good bit of time undoing half the things they thought were "cool".
