GoldLines Recomended...

I would recommend the Goldlines to anyone looking for a good ride but still firm enough to haul some luggage. I gotta admit I was a little nervous after getting things together and loading up the HHR. With the Goldlines the rear still sits a lil higher than I wanted but not bad and is probably a good thing if ur planning a trip in it, especially if ur married. I ended up sharing a duffle bag with my son and give my wife the big suitcase...mistake! I went to lift it and holy crap!! I didn't check to see if anything was left in her closets, but I doubt it. This is all after she went back thru mine and my sons to tell us we had to many jeans packed..3 pairs each. Anyways loading all that up squated it to almost perfectly level...lookin good!! After a 1000 miles of dips and bumps and just some rough road it performed flawlessly and never bottomed the bumpstops once. Just wanted to share for those wondering about the springs..average speed was 80 even.

good info...I'm close to buying a set and I was leaning towards the Eibachs because the Goldlines have to much of a drop.

Bought my GoldLines last year, Used even, I don't think there too Low, at least not Extreme. It is a Harder ride hitting a pothole and speed bumps though compared to Stock.

And this is with the stock OEM's on it for winter drives.

This shot is right before I pulled it up the driveway and installed them. The Before shot.

My SS has the goldlines on it as well. I wish it was lower in the rear. My LT I had looked more level from front to rear. Goldlines are very nice springs. But still wish they would give a more level look

I have the Eibachs springs and sway bar and have been satisfied with both. Good ride, handles good and sits at a nice level.

My vacation was a bust, started raining tue. Later in the day and storming Wed. and was suppose to till Fri so we decided to bail. We left at 1pm and got home at 2am this morning with quite a few stops in between, pretty good time. I use to think this car was a little un comfortable but after this trip, I think differently. I could have gone another couple hundred easily, I love this car! It even feels sporty.
