That was just his first flip. Other have been doing this for a couple years.

The Nitro Circus truck did it last year and there were some guys out somwhere in a field with a monter truck tha that is claimed to be the first. Their body was all ripped up so I think it took a few tries.

Travis pastrana tried it a couple years ago at his house with a monster truck and landed upside down. I think that may have been the first attemp.

Of late many of the trucks are getting this down. I expect this will be very common at most of their events soon.

These trucks can take a top hit well. They keep a bunch of bodies with them as they use them up nightly.

We work with BigFoot at work and I have done some work with driver Dan Runte. He has told me how much they can do to the truck and it will not give much in the frame. His Vegas Jump he did a header over a Semi Length wise and just ripped a wheel off. He did hurt his back in that one. The drivers are more than likely to to get hurt before the truck could be damaged to the point they could not fix it in a few hours. These things are almost built too good anymore and they impact force is on the driver now.
