Is this a good deal?

Hello I wrote a nice check to get my old car paid off today and have found the "perfect" HHR.

its a 2011 with 20,000 miles. "single" owner but it was a rental.

Fully loaded lt2.

Red with beige interior.

They are asking 16,800 for it.

Any questions about it I should be able to answer.

That sounds a bit high to me. Is it being bought from a dealership? I would think if so, you could probably get them to go down a couple grand.. Just have to talk them down.. I wouldn't take it for more than $15,000 otd.

It's a dealer.

I have an idea of how talkin to them would play out in my mind. For it to work out they would take off around 1500. To get payments where I would like them to be.

I don't think that would be to much to ask.

1st time here, as I just bought a 11 lt2, 11000 miles certified gm for $15300.
That was one of the cheapest 11's in the St. Louis area with the low milage and certified. As it was I had to travel to a small dealer in the adjoining state for the deal. But so far it seems great.
I also have a rental which means no on star or sat radio. First thing I did was install the add on onstar as I sometimes get directionally challenged.
