My dealer called once to let me know that I forgot to register my OnStar, but they also sent me a car care package that included some wax, window cleaner, interior cleaner, a chamois, car wash solution and leather preserver!! A very nice kit that I didn't even know was coming.

I'm still sleeping with my saleslady 5 times a week, and now she's my insurance lady! Good salespeople will call a time or 2 a year and send a card or 2.

 

Talk about customer service after the sale...

 

I no longer deal with the Chevy Dealership where I bought my car. I was not overly satisfied with their customer relations and there were other dealerships that were closer for me. I now visit my hometown Dealer Frank Beck Chevrolet/Cadillac. They were also nice enough to donate some door prizes for the Cedar Point Meet.
