Talking Grand General XL Train Horns....

Got a little bored yesterday so i installed my 5 GAL air tank and compressor.
now to find a spot for these monsters.... Wherever they end up, pushing 145 P.S.I. to these trumpets will most certainly get the point across!!!

Will submit pics when its complete. (Can't wait!!!)

And the best part....up in my area, they aren't illegal.....obnoxious? yes, but not illegal

We need pics. I plan on installing a set. I had a set on my last two vehicles, and I really miss them. I have a spot selected for the horns (trumpets), but haven't solved the tank/compressor location problem yet. ***My spare tire sump has a sub-enclosure installed, so it will have to be OUTSIDE of the cabin.

Well I used the spare well for my tank and compressor. I know that PyroPanel used the floor piece and put it in the upper portion and mounted his tank up there... Is yours a panel?

If that set up won't let you "hide" it and allow use of all your space
Google "Pancake Air Tank". From the images I've seen it looks about the size of the spare tire hole.

The pictures are actually backwards...the tank is in in both pics.....its a "just" fit. If I turn the floorboard over to the tie down side.....it doesn't lie flat
