Halos for HHR?

Do any of you know of a company that makes halos for HHRs? I found one picture online but I cannot tell what company made them. Any help is appreciated.

I'm 99% sure no company makes them. There have been a couple members that have made them on here. Take a look through the "how-to" section, I'm pretty sure there's one in there.
