You did something that messed with the headlights go back through every wire you touched did you need to mess with anything in the steering wheel did you wire the gmlan correctly what color wires did you touch at the bcm
To answer the question posed fix whatever you broke I wasn't there watching you I am guessing this is a 2008
Ever heard of punctuation?

Yes I have it's the internet though I don't feel the need to use correct punctuation my friend and yes it is a 2008 also no I opted out of the steering wheel controls and everything is wired correctly I didn't touch anything under the steering wheel just plug and play with the gm lan 04 could it be a bad switch or something in that nature thanks for the help

I also didn't mess with the bcm which module would be the bcm in the dash behind the radio I can check and see if it's plugged in all the way but it makes no sense if I still have all my other lights including fog lights and turn signals brake lights reverse lights those all work just high low beams and the daytime running lights

You are either young and without any common courtesy or you are just plain lazy. I wouldn't help you.

Well then.
The only way the headlights could be affected by installing a radio is if one of the wires was connected incorrectly. The BCM is the fuse box in the cabin, as noted in the diagram I posted. The reason I posted the diagram is for the colors of the wires, so you could verify that you did not mistake one.
I could understand WTF you are saying better with punctuation, I had to spend 10 minutes deciphering your wall of letters.. Maybe the folks on FB understand texting, this is a forum not a text exchange. Even the folks on reddit use proper grammar.

Please clarify how the installation was done. Was a wiring adaptor used or was it cut-and-spliced? What connections were made other than to the radio harness?

And seriously, “it’s the internet” is not an excuse for failing to have the courtesy to at least try to make your questions readable when asking for free advice. The community here doesn’t respond well to prima donnas. Why should anyone here make any effort if you won’t. Try to participate in creating an archive that will help others. It ain’t just about you.
