Headlights worked before. They did not work after you did some kind of work on the car.
Then I would say it’s pretty obvious that you broke or screwed up something under there while doing that work. Recheck and look again.

FYI. Post #1 says you put in “subs” from your other car. Guessing you mean aftermarket subs. If so, you would have had to do some cut and splice for that ?
Check those wires also.

Since there's no popcorn emoticon..

Not sure if the OP used a harness. If not, I'll never understand people willing the hack up their car to save a few bucks. I've installed dozens of radios over the years and never had any problem when using the proper harness.

He said he used the GM lan 04 adapter. Crutchfield says that one works if you have the upgrade Pioneer system with the factory subwoofer, but does not fit without the subwoofer.

Probably has no bearing on the issue you're dealing with, but thought I'd throw it in here.

Could be a coincidence, and the control stalk broke at the same time as the audio installation.

I think the OP got offended. Has no returned since 12/7/22 at 10:58PM.
Or just couldn't find a keyboard with periods and commas.

There’s enough chaff hiding useful stuff without this dreck thread. Why no axe it?

Ok, went back and read it and he did say he used the GMLAN04, but if he has the non-amp system, he should use the GMLAN03.

OK, scratch my comment #15. You just made this thread useful. Good catch.
