Hello everyone

Hello fellow HHR owners, or non-PT Cruiser owners. My wife and I purchased our 07 HHR 1LT last Sunday, we've named it Harvey. We got a smokin' deal on it and so far I have been very happy with it. Last fall we rented an '06 HHR for a road trip and after we returned it to the rental company we talked about how this would be a great car to purchase after my 1993 Nissan Pathfinder with 233K miles died. I'm glad that this forum is here.

The armrest on the driver seat goes down further than the passenger seat. It's like the passenger armrest is even while the driver seat armrest has a 4% downhill grade. Is this standard? Has anyone gotten it fixed? Let me know what you think.

Congrats on your new HHR! The armrest moves with the seatback. Tilt it back a little and it should level out.

I noticed that right away too...my 2004 Vue had the same issue...must be a GM thing There are some discussions about this and someone here does have a remedy...off the top of my head I can't remember what it was but something like taking the arm rest off and doing something with a washer..I could be way off but bottom line is there is some info on that issue here
