ok guys, I will try to do better, how about a 2009 HHR LT1. TALK ABOUT RUST.I DO NOT have to drive on a salt road but If you live on the coast . everthing rust

Don't sweat it old man, from another old man. Your doing just fine. As far as rust, thats a complaint I do not recall reading on any of these threads, but then I am old!!!!!!!

Lets see why is I posting this ?????? Ah I remember back in the day of the model A there was a rust issue on the ol mayer's left rear shoe. But nothing on any other's ?????

dont let the youth get to ya..we kinda treat them like they are "special"till they turn 30 so..or married..then they realize there opinion is what there wife says it is!!..lol..anyway..if ur that worried about rust get some POR15(PAINT OVER RUST)stinks to high hell..dont get it on your skin..takes forever to wear off..about 75-100$ a gallon..built many rods over the years and is a MUST in our shop..i use it on all my rigs also..great product..has proven itself over time..take it from a CANADIAN!!!we know about rust!!!

Even the 50 year old kids! LOL!

By the way If you can' find Por 15 Rust Bullet also works as well. I tried it on my GMC and it works just the same. Also do not get it on you or you will bew marked for weeks as with Por 15.
