I just received my HHR Die Cast key chain, and man is it a little gem. Very detailed and well made.

Oh yeah, the Johnny Lightning die-cast toy turned into a key chain. They're pretty cool, but I'm sure they drive the die-cast collectors nuts.

 

It looks an awful lot like your car 843de.

 

Yup, I have one in the package, and one I carefully took apart to give it the same Ebony interior as the real one. I keep the "mini me" here on my desk, and yes, I do drive it around making motor noises.

 

Wow, these are up to $19+ now. No bad for a 99 cents Johnny Lightening...

 

Got three of these JL HHRs from a clearance bin at AutoZone a few years back. One is out of the package rolling around on the desk (with a couple of Dodge Magnums) and the other two are still mint in package. Although now one of the MIP is riding around with me in the new HHR. Too bad that there isn't a larger scale HHR diecast available.
