Have a 2011 LT with a panel that was flickering with increased frequency for approx 6 months until it went blank altogether.
For a month or so it worked when it warmed up to 70+ degrees from an over nite low of 55° or so, then nothing at all.
Removed panel and drove for a week or so that way with a obd reader and software.

Finally took the panel to a speedo repair place in Miami, waited 3 hours while they repaired it, reinstalled it and all is good now.
As far as I know they replaced some caps in it.

It was a real pain to drive it without a gas gauge.
