Hhr power window problem

Yeah I'm thinking that to. Opening/closing the passenger door seems change the state of the window, operational<-->not. Same car had all the door speakers replaced, but the one in the driver door comes and goes if I fiddle with the door wire boot. Always something.

Where under the seat are the grounds located ? Just attached to the seat or will i have to take seat out and go under carpet? could i just cheat the ground to test if thats my problem if i get a good 12v to the switch still but only 6 to motor maybe ground is just bad or i guess the yellow or green wire could be bad its just weird the switch seems to get a good 12v but when turned on only passes 6v to motor if i jump the 12 volts from the yellow and black or green and black to the motor the window rolls up and down im genuinely confused

Did this start out of the blue or after something was done; like adding some electronics or fixing something?
Note that the lt blue and tan wires are labelled "signal"; they are not the ones to be looking at as long as they have something. The dark green wires carry 12v. Both left and both right switches share a common ground. As was stated twice, the yellow wire is only powered AFTER the key is turned off, it makes it possible to close the windows after the key is off and before you get out.
My guess is that there are transistors in the switches that are triggered by the signals. If wires get mixed up transistors can cause unexpected behaviors. I don't have an internal schematic of the switches, I know there is some logic in them, they are not simple on/off switches.
Is it possible that the 2 dark blue wires got mixed up?
