HHR SS Panel

I already have an LT and an SS. I am now looking for a Panel SS. I have been having a heck of a time finding one but with so many car sites I know it would take me forever. So I was just curious if anyone has seen one for sale?

With only 216 built in 2009, the SS panel is fast becoming scarce. Most that own one know that they have a rare HHR . You can post a want ad in our Marketplace.

OR, you can contact hellshotrod.
He built one, added panel skins to the back of an SS, and at last notice was for sale.
Not a true SS Panel but who would notice except for the faithful.

There is a blue one, in Waxhaw, NC, listed on Facebook Marketplace, 5 speed, 63,000 miles, $18,000.

Bob

Found another one, though it’s an AA5 that has had rear panel doors installed. Also on Facebook, in an HHR SS group. It’s black, 5 speed, 45,000 miles, $19,900. Location not shown, but seller’s other listings indicate Weirton, WV.

Diligently monitor the car sites, join all the Facebook HHR groups and periodically ask, expect sticker shock, and pounce with lightning speed. Be prepared to travel. Easy, right?

Crazy isn’t it? These little funny looking, utilitarian cars are becoming collector items. I’ve found myself doing exactly what you said, in hopes of finding a bargain, with cash ready to go, just in case.

It’s not crazy, it’s the HHR , low production cars always rise in price as the years roll on. The likes of Tucker, Duesenburg, Cord, DeLoren all command a high price, funny thing is, they still make Delorens right in the USA in Texas.

I have a 2007 HHR SS Panel I am thinking about selling. It is red, in perfect condition with 5,300 miles on it. What's it worth to you?
