HID Plug And Play Lights

Has anyone ever used the plug and play HID lights I see everywhere Especially on Ebay? Would anyone recommend them, If Yes, If No, Why!!!!!!!

what ever you do, do not install one of these kits. Unless you want to blind every one on the road and possibly get a ticket.

If only someone made a projector headlamp assembly for the HHR so we could use HID's.

I cannot stand them coming at me at night. I wouldn't want others to notice me i n such a negative way either. I don't think the accident rate is going down because of them either,
