nice to see how far these vehicles can go, but sadly it will take me another 10 years to get to 100,000 miles.

Just hit 100,000

Traveled about 30,000 miles since I bought it three years ago. New brake pads, new front tyres and I replaced the fuel evap unit when it cracked. Air filters, cabin filter and oil changes.

That's it. Ohh - the original owner smoked, that's just going away now...

Smile 09 lt 106,000

Other than usual maintenance stuff, battery at about 80K. Just finished motor mounts and belt tensioner, had the links and other front end and brakes checked, all OK. Car has been excellent for 106,000 miles as a daily driver. I have a 2002 Silverado HD that I drive when I need to haul something, or keep the battery charged. My wife and I both use the HHR for our main car. Of course, if we have to drive distance, we rent something thet's more comfortable end ecopnomical than opurs.

High mileage HHR

I had an 07 HHR LT that had 127,00 miles, with nothing replaced but brakes. That one was stolen and wrecked (totaled). I now have an 09 HHR LT2 with 135,xxx miles. Replaced the struts and brakes now need to replace a left front sensor due to problems with the ABS.

Used Moog stabilizer bar links and am very happy. They have grease fittings, though, so gotta remember that at lube time.

I have a 2008 SS. Have 156,000 miles on it. Repairs are front struts, front control arms, battery, brakes (these things chew up rotors), and a water pump drive chain.
