Our 06 2.4 hit 191,000 on our trip yesterday. We still hop in it and go anywhere without a single worry, except that there may be another recall notice for something waiting for us when we return.
It really has been a worry free car as far as reliability goes aside from our recently remedied steering issues.
It is time for some tires soon though....

Our 08SS made it 139k before I had to hit the RESET and go with a Gen 3 crate/new turbo. Someone else did enjoy driving it, just not maintaining...I've only got about 500 behind the wheel.

low mileage club?

How does a low mileage club sound. I have a 2006 with 33000 miles. Everything is original except the tires. I bought it new off of the showroom floor. It has all power options.

I'm approaching 116,000 and so far:

Struts/suspension at 110k
Hub Bearings at 80k
Thermostat at 95k
Plugs at 70k
Sway bar bushings/end links at 75k
Control Arms at 105k

Other than that just wiper blades, brakes/rotors, routine oil changes - the normal wear and tear stuff

Now past 168,000. Still the original rear brakes (about due) and have changed no drive train or suspension components other than tires. Only engine issue was a burned valve seat at 80,xxx miles covered by warranty. We also had a 2135 cel that plagued for quite some time. Hasn't shown up lately. Overall we've been pleased with this car and would have considered another one if they still made them. We do have a turn signal that cancels intermittently but we just turn it off manually if required. It's an LS manual. No options.

The miles keep piling on. Over 200k now with supercharger installed. Tuff little engine.

2006 2LT with the 2.4 and auto, doesn't use oil, no engine noise, and I just had to put the VVT cam solenoids in it yesterday (well, the exhaust, so I also did the intake). I've kept the maintenance to schedule with a transmission fluid change every 50k (severe duty), air filter every 50k, just put in my second set of spark plugs, and I've worn out tires and brakes and replaced those. Ohh, and there is some wear on the floor mat on the drivers side now. Not too shabby with 203k miles. Here's to another 300k or more!
