How hard is it to replace the skull caps?
In my case, remove the bright chrome and install the regular production brushed chrome? Will I have to call a brain surgeon or something? Do you have to replace the whole mirror? What?

no you don't have to replace the hole mirror use a very small flat head screw driver and go around the chrome part and it will pop off
