Ok, kinda dumb thread but could be entertaining...

How many of you out there do this?

Raise your arm rest to click your seat belt.
Drive with your arm on the passenger arm rest.
Accidentally turn-on rear wiper when putting phone in the cubby.
Put foam weather strip on the back of the rear license plate to cure that annoying rattle when closing the rear hatch.

Next...

Nope none of the suggested.
I did see that the PO of mine had put silicone door bump stops under the license plate .

Some came from the factory with bumpers under the plate. I used foam weatherstrip after it came off. I think it was the 2011 that had holes drilled for bumpers, but may have been the 2008.

I do use the passenger arm rest, guess I am too fat to use drivers side.

Have the rubber bumpers on my 2011, but still leave the plastic dealer sign under the license. Because it still rattles in the screws.

adding one...
push the washer fluid if someone is tailgating me.
If I am going 55-65 mph range it works every time. Just keep doing it until they get annoyed and back off or pass.
Never noticed this working on my other vehicles.

Since Ive deleted my rear wiper I have contemplated modifying the rear wash nozzle to deliver a more direct spray to tailgatersLOL

I did the foam behind the license plate. Hate that tinny sound.

1-I sometimes raise the armrest to buckle the seat belt, sometimes I don't.
2-I have the silicone bumper behind the plate but since that doesn't work all that well I will
try the foam.
3-I have put the windshield washer on for tailgaters.
4-I manually track my gas mileage from week to week using the trip odometer.
5-I keep the rear seat down all the time for the doggie.
6-I check satellite radio frequently for free access promos.

I removed my armrests... Problem solved.

Ditto on the rear seat always being down... I haven't seen it since 2009. Considering removal of that too.

Yup, I use the passenger armrest, it's a narrow little interior. For a fat guy. I noticed the rattle and considered using a spacer, never got a roundtuit.
I wondered what that rear window washer was really for. A nice layer of dirt cuts the glare from all the morons with bright headlights on all the time. For ten cents I'd black out the rear window.
