I drove it about 5 miles when I test drove it, no problems. My daughter lives 3 miles from me and she drove it home, no problems. She took her kids to school, called and said it doing the same thing...Again! Still running with the repaired fuse box.
Grounds? Battery? Which should I check?

Both. Sounds like something that is subject to vibration, or you never checked the battery (it shouid be at least 12.46 volts).

OK, I took the car to Advance and had them run battery and charging test. I checked the battery with MM, static it was 12.12v, drove three miles to AA their test printout was 12.52v.
Approx. 3 mi to AA and back 3 mi. no problem and no lock cycling. I guess it doesn't surprise me there were no problems found.

I did replace the alternator with AA supplied one a few months ago. Does anyone think that could be problem?
Any suggestions for Ground locations?

12.12 volts is low. Could cause electrical "gremlins" to pop up.
12.52 is marginal.
Fully charged is usually 12.7-12.9 range.

You should get them to load test the battery.

My last battery was pronounced dead at 12.51 volts, it had a dead cell.
