I have an 06 LT

and while i love the gas mileage i get and the fact that it serves the purpose for why i bought it (carting around my music gear), the power leaves a a lot to be desired. i've browsed through the site looking for reccomendations, but haven't had much luck.

anyone have any input?

thanks!!

They are not that fast but don't be scared to let the RPM turn up. Yes your MPG will drop a little but let the ECU learn what you want and you will find it a little better

to the site! Do like oneton says...run the pi$$ out of it! My 2.2L manual runs strong, it's only got 300 miles on it! But I haven't babied it, I let it rev.

thanks for the replies so far, however, maybe i'm not getting my point across..

i would like to increase the horsepower. the stock horsepower is what, 143?

i've seen some links on this site for chip mods, intake mods, and such, but haven't seen a whole lot of feed back. Has anyone used anyof these mods, and what was the success rate?

So far the only proving of any of these mods are the butt dyno.
