Angry I joined THAT club! :(

Just finished washing, claybarring, waxing and detailing my baby. So I decided to show her off and take my girls to the LA County Fair. Sitting behind a Hummer at a red light...for some reason, even though the lane net to us moves forward at the green, the Hummer stays put. Unfortunately for me, the Land Rover behind me decided to floor it.

The back hatch is mangled, the back bumper is not looking so good. I hate this club!

Wow....now that really bites. Sorry to hear that another nitwit on the road has injured one of our beloved HHR's. It will never cease to amaze me how ignorant some people are behind the wheel.

Plese keep us posted on how bad the damage is to your HHR. I'm afraid if that happened to me I would be ripping someone's head off and shoving it down their neck.

Welcome to the club of no HHR I found out the other day that once they pulled my bumper off they found some more damage so the total is getting close to 9K. Maybe once the ins co gets that info they will write it off.

Typically, a "total" has to be 75-80% of value. I dont think you close enough..but keep your fingers crossed. I have had experience with many body shops and the cars are never the same, no matter how good the shop.
